Any contractor undertaking a contract of $50,000 or more, or swimming pool construction of $5,000 or more. This means any contract between owner and general contractor for commercial and industrial work involving construction, superintending, alteration, repair, maintenance, rehabilitation, reclamation or demolition of any building, highway, sewer, structure, site work, grading, paving or any improvement.
